A collaborative project conceived by Misha Katz, the visionary behind Method.Education, serving as a space for deep introspection of students' creative identities through the practice of crafting "self-objects" in 3D.
The process encompasses both individual and collective elements, with each participant delving into their essence by creating and detailing three-dimensional self-objects on their personal segment of the Pillar. These objects, embodying the creator’s inner world, offer a symbolic interpretation of their views and values in a tangible form.
A distinctive feature of the project are the personalized mentoring sessions, an integral part of the educational experience. These meetings allow each student to explore their ideas and experiences more deeply, receiving tailored guidance and support.
By employing 3D visualization techniques and storytelling, the project bridge the internal and external, the personal and the communal, the technical and the spiritual. It demonstrates how profound self-discovery and collective engagement, through both planned and intuitive elements, can lead to the unlocking of creative potential and self-realization. Through this journey, students not only learn the technical aspects of their craft but also undergo a transformation, gain confidence in their capabilities and a deeper understanding of their own creative "self."
